Jim Girardin Sr. began his career with the Arrow Seed Company in
June of 1959 after graduating from the University of Nebraska. He joined
his father, Leonard Girardin who had purchased the company in 1954
. Jim took over as president of the company in 1977 and now serves as CEO.
Jim Girardin Jr. received his bachelor's degree from the University
of Nebraska in Agronomy and did his graduate work in Horticulture,
specifically turf grass. Jim's knowledge and experience in the turf
grass field has been a great asset to Arrow Seed. He joined the family business in 1994 and serves as
President of the company.
Robbie Johnson is Arrow Seed's retail manager, taking care of customer's needs in the Broken Bow retail store. Robbie came to Arrow Seed in 2008.

Tim Wiiest joined the company in 1996 in the Quality Control department. In May of 2009 he took over as Arrow Seed's Production Agronomist and works closely with the seed producers providing agronomic support.
Rich Russell is the company's sales agronomist calling on dealers in southern and western Nebraska. Rich joined the Arrow Seed team at the end of 2007.

Roberta Meschke is Arrow Seed's Dealer Accounts Receivable Clerk and
just joined the Arrow Seed team in June of 2009. "Bert" is responsible for billing
to dealers and shares receptionist duties.
Deb Girardin takes care of Advertising and Promotions, as well as serving as Human Resource person for Arrow Seed. She has been with the company since 1998.
Julie Dockhorn joined Arrow Seed in May of 2007 as a receptionist. She will most likely answer the phone when you call.
